Diamonds are forever, but accidents happen. Whilst the sentimentality of a lost piece can be difficult to replicate, solace can be achieved in knowing that the monetary value of your precious pieces can be protected by arranging for valuations for your new and existing precious jewellery pieces.

ME Jewellers is pleased to provide various valuation services through our experts and industry partnerships. To negate conflict of interest and provide you peace of mind, all valuations are undertaken by an independent body whose experience spans over 100 years. The reputation of this body as a widely recognised and respected antique valuer is bolstered by accreditation with the National Council of Jewellery Valuers (NCJV) and being a specialist valuer for the Australian Government Cultural Gifts Programme.

Valuations are presented in the form of a professionally bound, detailed report encompassing detailed item specifications and supported by a high quality digital photograph and valuation seal.  This comprehensive report provides essential supporting documentation for insurance claims, as well as a benchmark for the calculation of appropriate resale value.

In an effort to keep our prices down and provide you with the most affordable jewellery pricing, not all items sold from our store will include an valuation certificate by default. However, valuations are always available on request and we invite you to contact us for further information.

Specialist enquiries, including diamond and gemological grading reports or laser inscription can be directed to our knowledgeable staff via phone, e-mail or visiting us in store.

Visit us in store at Shop 3/500 Flinders St Melbourne VIC 3000 or direct phone enquiries to (03) 9621 1122.
